Dennis & Melissa are a wonderful couple and it was such a joy to be part of their beautiful wedding! Yasmin Khajavi was kind enough to have me along as 2nd shooter. She is so fun to work with! You can see Yasmin's images from the day on her blog.

these are film scans from late summer (i think. it's been awhile). no editing except for a few changes to black and white. photographed in independence, oregon with a hasselblad 501cm using expired kodak/fujicolor film. i think next time i'll keep better notes on what film i used. ;)

i'm prepping a self-portrait post for tomorrow, but i thought it would be fun to share a few (gratuitous) pictures of my pup Ella Roux. As you can see, she exudes canine wisdom and poise. I don't generally take pictures of her, but as I was attempting to actually capture the self-portraits required for the aforementioned self-portrait post, she kept slithering into the shot. She likes to be involved.
