what a gorgeous evening this was! Matt & Megan are lots of fun and chose the most beautiful locations for their photos. I am so happy to *finally* share their engagement session - this blog has been sadly neglected as usual! wrapping up the last few engagement sessions before wedding season begins. lots more to share soon, as always.
this session was a wonderful adventure! we drove together to trillium lake, only to discover that the road from the parking lot to the lake was closed for the off-season. so we walked about 2 miles to get there, but it was oh so worth it. i'm always grateful to shoot in an epic location like this one!

it would be quite the understatement to say that i am excited for Rachel & Andrew's wedding this fall. they are super laid-back and fun to be around, and so photogenic! they chose a lifestyle engagement session which i love - i had a great time with them on this rainy Portland afternoon.

holy moly, two months since my last blog post! i've been busy with various assignments and a whole lotta mamahood, but i definitely need to get back in the habit of blogging! i am so excited for the upcoming wedding season, mostly because of couples like this one - Abbi + Keith! these two are so warm, friendly, smiley and sweet to each other, and their engagement session was so much fun. we took a walk around Commonwealth Lake with their two pups; we had the most lovely fall light.

finally, finally blogging my last wedding of 2014. Erin & Ford are a wonderful couple and were a joy to work with. their wedding was full of special moments and details. so nice to end the season in such a beautiful way!

i had a lovely time with Iver and his wonderful mamas in august, following them around on a typical sunday morning. they played at the park, we wandered the farmer's market picking out produce, and ended with a sweet treat back at the park. it's silly how long it's taken me to blog this! a little bit of summer on these cold days, enjoy!
